Translation publication!! Profoundly grateful to magnanimous editor and founder of the Ekphrastic Review Lorette C. Luzajic for providing a wonderful home for one of the longer poems in that collection by Swedish master Gunnar Wennerberg, beautifully sharing it elegantly laid out with the Swedish and English together, the occasional footnotes tastefully interspersed. The Ekphrastic Review is truly an impressive labor of love, Lorette and her social media team spend 80 plus hours every month on the journal- two to three hours a day, every day including weekends, reading submissions, organizing the challenges, responding, setting up showcases, promoting, and corresponding about permissions for images. I know so many of my friends on here enjoy reading and writing ekphrastic poetry, literature inspired by visual at. I hope they also consider following and submitting to the Ekphrastic Review.
